Yes, we will offer coffee and lunch services during the two days of the congress

Can I go to the congress only as attendee if my work is not selected for an oral communication?
Yes, but you must notify it sending an email to once the resolution of selected works for the talks is published.

If my work is selected for oral communication, can I also present a poster?
No, you can only attend the congress falling under only one category. If you present oral communication, you cannot bring a poster.
The work I present is co-authored with another colleague. Can we both attend the congress with only one poster accounting for both?
No. If two people have participated in the same work and want to present it in the congress, they must bring it in independent works, even if the content is the same or similar. If they do not want to present two independent works, one will be registered as the poster presenter and the other as attendee.

In what language should the abstract be written?
The abstract must be written in English.
If my work is selected for oral communication, should I present it in English or in Spanish?
The choice of the language during the oral presentation is up to you, it can be in Spanish or English. Besides this, even though it is a Spanish national congress, foreign PhD students residing in Spain are welcome and may find it easier to understand the presentations in English.

Is it allowed to bring companions as listeners?
No, spectating is only allowed to those who have paid the congress fee and meet the requirements for registration.
